I am writing to recommend 'Pro Tilers'. I employed Lee of 'Pro Tilers' to lay under floor heating and slate tiles in my living room/office.
- He gave me very helpful advice as to the materials etc that would be used to prepare and lay my floor.
- He sourced the best quality materials at good prices for me.
- He kept to the timescale he estimated for the job.
- He was kind and courteous and assisted me with a problem that had occurred due to bad workmanship by a previous floor layer, going above and beyond the call of duty.
- He laid the floor to an extremely high standard and I am very happy with the outcome. He talked me through each stage of the laying process.
- He recommended a reliable electrician to come an connect my under floor heating.
I am incredibly happy with my flooring and the whole process went very smoothly. I would recommend 'Pro Tilers' to my friends and family.

Lee was chirpy and cheerful from start to finish with a "can do" approach. He checked several details with me during the project to ensure I was totally happy. I'm thrilled with the results (and I'm pretty high maintenance) - the bathroom looks beautiful. I can't wait to take a bath and admire it lying down! Lee arrived promptly and the bathroom was finished exactly when he said it would be (one day later than originally planned, but that was due to a design change from me half way through). He was also pretty good about keeping things tidy during the job to minimise disruption. I would have absolutely no hesitation in hiring him again or recommending him to friends and family.

As a builder I now would use 'Pro Tilers' for all my tiling needs however big or small.
